erste Bilder aus dem ATLAS!

fresh from the kitchen:

Man sieht hier einfach nur unheimlich viel Verhau. Der Beam trifft die Kollimatoren vor dem ATLAS und ein grosser Haufen irgendwas wird detektiert. Ich finds toll 😛

at 12 they are gonna try the second beam (anticlockwise). The beam passed through atlas around 10.30

For your enjoyment those are the pics. A lot of mess!!! (actually the first one are 106 particles coming from the smash in the collimator before point 1)
